Answers to Frequently Asked Questions about Grouply
Account & Payment
If you get a white screen and nothing is showing when starting the extension, then just restart your computer. This forces Chrome to re-sync it’s installed extensions and authenticate your Google account.
Sometimes your payment will take longer than expected. This is because Google sometimes does a more extended check on your credit card. Usually this process lasts a couple of hours, so just sit tight and wait – it will go through 🙂
Just restart your computer, this will force the Chrome browser to re-sync your extensions and you will get updated to the Full version.
When you buy Grouply it is connected to one Google account, and you need to be logged into Chrome with this account to access the full version of Grouply.
However, you can be logged in with the same Google account on different computers if you would like – which makes Grouply work for multiple people at the same time (as long as they are logged in with the same account).
Short answer is no, Google Payments doesn’t support this unfortunately.
But you can contact us through the Live Chat and we can cancel and refund your current account after you have bought a new one for your other account.
No, you will not get emails from Grouply directly.
Grouply will get you the member data such as First Name, Last Name, Company Position, Company Name and Facebook Profile URLs.
But getting emails is easy – once you have the details needed for finding them.
The formula today to get someone’s email is: First Name + Last Name + Company Name = Email.
Grouply will provide you with these.
Tools like Anyleads will then extract emails for you. Check out this guide – How to Use Grouply to Get Email Addresses From Facebook Groups.
Yes, but the Page Liker feature is still experimental and doesn’t work as well as extracting members from Groups.
Facebook is more prone to crash when you list the Likers and you won’t get as many results, but around 2,000-3,000 usually works fine.

But we distinguish between “Complete members” and other members, where “Complete members” are members that have entered company information on their profiles.
So when you press “Download CSV” you will get a file with only these “Complete members”.
In order to download all members that you have extracted, go to “Settings” and un-tick the checkbox called “Only complete”.
If the Chrome tab you are currently extracting from is getting a “Aw! Snap”-error it means you’ve exhausted the cache of the tab. A simple way to prevent this is to clear the file cache in Chrome.
Do this by going to “Clear Browsing Data…” and check the checkbox next to “Cached images and files” and then press “Clear data“.
Grouply works best if the language setting in Facebook is English.
